We had dinner at one of our favorite local Chinese restaurants tonight. One of the specials was salt and pepper salmon belly, which I could not resist trying. Although I often see shrimp and squid done in this style, I've never seen salmon before. It was really good - the fattiness of the salmon was a perfect complement to the spicy-salty seasoning.
