Preserving Tomatoes

I have to say, I am kind of obessed with tomatoes. Last weekend, my sister and I made and canned 27 pints of roasted tomato sauce. We also made and froze 17 quarts of tomato soup. I will be enjoying the delicious taste of summer all winter long.
