Our third day on Nantucket was a bit gray and cloudy, but that did not stop us from a beach picnic on the south shore of the island at one of our traditional picnic and swimming spots. These are beef kebabs with a chili rub (based on a Mark Bittman recipe), grilled directly over hot charcoal.
