I've been thinking about textures a lot lately, as for the "Get Pushed" Flickr group (where you get a new challenge every month issued by another group member) I was challenged to take one of my vacation photos and apply a texture in Photoshop. I'm still working on that, but in the mean time it occurred to me that puddles provide a sort of natural experiment in textures. Here is brick on brick - Memorial Hall at Harvard reflected in a puddle on a brick sidewalk, then flipped and processed in Lightroom
