We had a long-delayed (due to our recent vacation) birthday party for Isaac (2 years old) and his cousin Elyse (1 year old) on Saturday. My wife went a little overboard in a totally delicious way, and made both a chocolate angel food cake and a regular angel food cake, using 28 egg whites in total. They were quite amazing. This is the chocolate one, decorated with fresh strawberries.
