Today's cocktail is the Fancy Free:
2 oz bourbon (I used Eagle Rare, hence the title)
1/2 oz Maraschino liquer (Luxardo)
1-2 dash orange bitters
1-2 dash Angostura bitters

Stir with ice and strain, then garnish with a Maraschino cherry (the real thing, not the neon candy kind - try these, which are well worth the price). Happy Tipsy Tuesday!
