Beets

Fall is clearly hear, now, as the produce in my CSA pickup shifts from many pounds of tomatoes and summer squash to an abundance of roots. Beets are one of the more colorful and IMO delicious of the early fall crops, and it has been a while since I've included a vegetable shot in my 366 project.
